• Personal sessions in my office – with a separate exit for your privacy.
• Email, telephone or text for urgent situations, as needed, in between sessions.
• The option of HIPAA compliant telephone or video sessions for your convenience.

My education includes:

• a Masters in Business, (M.B.A.)
• a Masters in Human Relations (M.H.R.)
• Counseling Licensure (L.P.C.) in Oklahoma and Kansas.
• I also have additional training in four specific areas of interest to me, Marriage Counseling, Adult ADD, Life Coaching, and Trauma Recovery.

My work experience includes:

• 12 years of corporate experience at the managerial level prior to licensure.
• Assisting in the establishment of the Applied Research Center on the Tulsa Campus of the University of Oklahoma
• Counseling for Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital – adult unit – Tulsa
• Shadow Mountain Outpatient Clinic – children and adolescents – Tulsa
• Domestic Violence Intervention Services – men’s program – Tulsa
• Adjunct professorships at St. Gregory’s University and Tulsa Community College
